I've been doing a lot of thinking lately.  At the end of the day, I just want to make comics.  And I want people to enjoy the comics I make.

I've been fulfilling that first criteria but not the second one.  The last page I posted publicly was all the way back in April.  Ever since then I've been making comics, but I haven't really had a good sense of when to start sharing them again.

Now, the fact remains that I am not a fast artist, especially not when drawing full-color pages, and I won't really be able to keep up with a weekly schedule.  But my Patrons have enjoyed Early Access now for about a month and a half and I think the time has come to start posting pages again to the public.

I've toyed with a lot of different ideas now for posting, but I think I've decided I don't like the idea of posting the comic in big chunks.  For one thing, it sounds awful to try and post a bunch of files to a few different websites that aren't designed to reasonably facilitate such.  For another, the comic is really being written in a periodic pacing... with the implied passage of time between each page, and will likely make more sense read periodically than if you were to read it like a book.

So going forward, I'm going to post pages weekly so long as it doesn't reduce my backlog below a level I'm comfortable with.  I reserve the right to skip weeks if and when I need to, but I will try to post at least once every other week.  Patrons are already several pages ahead of what the public will see, and I'm going to keep that gap so Patrons will always be ahead by about 6 or 7 pages.
