Still alive, still drawing.  Still enjoying every second of it, too!  I can't wait for you guys to see how the story goes this month and next.  I know from watching site analytics, I can probably safely and conservatively estimate there's about 30 people quietly following along with the comic now, a number that's been steadily increasing each week!

My hope is that Patrons will pledge to me because they like the work I'm already doing for free, not because they want whatever I can give them as extra special thanks.  Even so, I've been giving a lot of thought lately as to what kinds of rewards I can give to my Patrons eventually, because I DO want to thank you all for your support!  I'll be honest, I know most Patrons will want to see me dedicate to doing requests or commissions or stuff like that, and... perhaps I will, some day, but I don't think I'm quite ready for it yet.  When it comes to art, I'm both slow, and lazy, and each additional image I put on my queue needs to be carefully planned and managed so I can make sure I have enough time to finish it.  My priority is finishing one new comic a week, and depending on the page and layout, and a number of other whimsical factors such as whether or not I want to try and paint the whole background, it really takes me a long time to do some pages.  On top of that, I want to commit to doing 4 holiday bonus pieces a year, which Patrons will get to enjoy early.  Furthermore, when I have a good idea for one, Patrons will now be getting sketches or inked images with timed exclusivity.

I also recently rediscovered an old sketchbook, that's mostly full of porn.  It's... not bad, and I may decide I want to scan it and start sharing the images.  If you guys want to see them.

Finally, more likely than Commissions, I'm likely to do Cameos first.  I imagine it would be something like taking your original character and adding it in the background of a published comic page.  This would likely be good practice for me drawing things that aren't just pointy eared fox hybrids.  There would be clear conditions for this, though.  Likely no spoken lines or important roles, unless you're really fun to work with and I can see it adding something good to the story I already have planned.

Anyway, I'm mostly just kinda rambling at this point, but I'd be curious to know what YOU guys think.  Patron or not, your feedback is encouraged and welcomed!
