Danny found himself tied to a chair, rather cold. As his eyes opened, he realized the fact that he was naked was probably the reason why. His vision came into focus, only to recognize Spectra looming over him.

"Oh good, you're finally awake." The villainess spoke with the usual cruelty in her voice. "That's perfect, since I wanted you to see every minute of what I'm about to do!" 

"Wh..." Danny tried to speak, but he was too weak. What had Spectra done to him?

"Ah-ah, no talking." She shushed him with a finger to his lips. "Just watch." 

Spectra produced a strange, cobbled-together gadget that looked like some kind of TV remote. 

"One blast from this..." She pointed it squarely at Danny's genitals. "...And you'll find yourself in for quite a shock."

She pressed the button. A green energy beam zapped Danny in the crotch. He looked down with confusion, followed by horror; his penis was shrinking!

Spectra grinned with glee, then released the button. Danny was left with little more than an acorn-sized nub.

With a snap of her fingers, Spectra's clothing vanished, her nude body involuntarily stiffened Danny's newly-shrunken endowment, much to his captor's entertainment.

Spectra turned on a heel, plopping her bare rear end on Danny's lap. 

"Aw, what's wrong, ghost boy?" She whispered with mock-pity. "Looks like you're too short to even get past my ass cheeks!" She descended into an evil cackle. 

"Ohh, What misery!" She blurted. "I'll be able to subsist on a LIFETIME of your anguish at never being able to pleasure a woman, for the rest of your life!"
