Tiers Reworked (Patreon)

Now that you've pretty much universally agreed quarterly rewards are fine, I've gone ahead and edited the tiers to reflect such. Unfortunately, it's hard for Patreon to track quarterly rewards, so I'll have to settle for manually tracking everything. I'll go ahead and schedule a series of reminder posts at the start of every quarter to signal y'all to get your requests in!
