Should I start using actual measurements? (Patreon)

So far in my SPH stories, I've been avoiding giving actual measurements of the poor guys' penis sizes so as to make self-inserting more possible for the reader, but I also find it super hot when girls make fun of a particularly small number of inches. So what do you think, should I start detailing actual sizes?
