NINA and Escargot supports MSN 1.0 interop with AIM

This is another NINA and Escargot service demo showing that MSN 1.0 could connect to the OSCAR protocol, until it was repeatedly blocked by AOL and MSN finally gave up. We plan on totally supporting all third party clients and want to be sure they work as intended.
