Update for Followers! (Patreon)

Hey everyone!

It’s been a while since I last updated you about Kimsan. I’ve been super busy with work, and Kim (who owns the character) has been swamped too since she’s wrapping up her studies (if I remember right). So yeah, there’s been a little update to our storyline. It’s kind of a spoiler... but honestly, you can probably guess what’s coming.

Of course, they messed up, and ends up giving birth to Yunis lol

While chatting with a friend who’s also into Sethos, we came up with the idea of creating Hasan, Ihsan’s twin. Their parents were having a bit too much fun, so the twins ended up with different dads. For some reason, they were raised separately, and they’ll reunite as adults...

I got some feedback on X (Twitter) where some people weren’t too happy about Hasan having a different dad or Tighnari having two husbands, which surprised me. But I think Hasan deserves a spot in the main universe, along with Ihsan’s other siblings. I’m trying to keep the parents out of it as much as possible so we can focus on the next generation’s storyline.

Speaking of universes, I actually sketched out a parallel universe where Kim doesn’t exist. In this version, Ihsan and Mara are married and living their best lives. I know Kimsan fans might hate me for this. I fear that too. But after talking with some writer and manga author friends, they assured me it’s totally normal for things to go this way. And don’t worry, Kim knows about my plan and said it’s okay for me to deep dive into these stories since, after all, they are my original characters.

As for the Cynonari comic I haven’t finished yet, I’m planning to revise and re-upload it with a better flow once I’m done with 2-3 commissions (one of which is for a Vtuber, and he's not Azeru).

This year, I’m planning to branch out into content beyond Genshin Impact and Cynonari, but I’m not quitting drawing them completely. Maybe I’ll dive into the "4 Dudes of Sumeru" project next!
