Stephanie has a bunch of new rules to deal with. How is she going to move forward when they take effect. 

If people don't have to trade back with Steph, who is going to keep their traits and who will return them?

From a reactionary congressional prospective, I can understand the 1 per month limit, it’s a simple “slow down” rule. But what’s even the rationale behind the “temporary” trade rules being changed? Just to screw over Stephanie specifically? If anything I think people upset by the “Wyatt to Stephanie” internet event would make it *harder to keep* a traded trait, not *easier* This is basically allowing single party consent permanent trait transferral. It seems like the opposite of what they’re upset about.

I think it's about killing off the trades market by making it legally impossible for the market to function? That seems to be the intended effect.
