I wonder how Gwen is going to feel about a job change to a Barista/Instagram influence? Assuming the spell was listening that is.

I dont expect her to be too thrilled about serving coffee. Especially if her old day job was at an office. We shall see.

A possible plot hole, maybe. 1. people around her don't seem to be nonplussed when she changes. Is there a reason why this wouldn't extend back to the home and job front.

2. She's gotten into this predicament with self-deprecating and somewhat misogynist thoughts/statements. Logically, at least the worst would be reversed by positive reinforcements about body image.

There is no reason this wouldn't affect her home, and job, and everything else. Gwen just isn't aware of that, or thinking on that level. Her ID still says Ken and she still has a suitcase of Ken's stuff. So the spell is taking it's time on adjusting the world. We even did a poll about moving Gwen's hope town. That would have been on this page. Of Kalya instructing Gwen to repeat a statement about living in XXXX. That would have changed her home.

Yep. Her frustrations about being short and having a fat ass, has only made her shorter and given her a bigger booty. Unfortunately the spell isn't flexible enough to undo the damage like that. Notice that she can't call herself "Ken" anymore. Likewise, the spell isn't going to let her call herself "tall". Gwen embracing who she is will definitely help her, but it is unlikely to undo any damage.

Cool, As Orson Scott Card lectured decades ago about spec fiction: You can get away with anything as long as you are consistent. I've appreciated that you've avoided the RPG-story approach of explaining the universe's 'rules' up front.
