Wow, didn't see that incest twist coming... I'm not even gay but I cringed hard at that comparison she made between homosexuality and that brocon/siscon relationship. I'm going to be charitable and put it down to cultural differences between the US and Japan but that was pretty offensive. I'm a little disappointed in Lene, I wouldn't think she would be involved in that and I could see her still supporting her brother if he was obsessed with her, but she seemed to be totally onboard, even threatening Claire-sama. Maybe they are under some kind of mind control from that demon-like character.

Japan's a conservative country. Gay rights aren't as expansive as it is in the US. They can't get married, they're not protected by anti-discrimination laws (in most places), they can't adopt kids, they're not even recognized as a couple by the government. SO... I sorta get what Rae was saying in a sense... But I get why you feel it's offensive, and I felt an ick when she said it haha. Anyone feel free to correct me on gay rights in Japan in case my knowledge is old. Also, we haven't seen much of Lambert and Lene together (if ever) so... the scene sorta just arrived :x
