Shikimori-san Update + Looking for Suggestions (Patreon)

Hey! So an update on Shikimori-san. I'm probably going to drop it lol. It's teetering on most likely.

IMO, the series takes away the fun part of a romcom which is to see how their relationship developed in the first place. And because of that, it feels much more like a slice of life. I like slice of life when it feels like there's a purpose. I don't like these kind where it just feels like they're going with the motion and because of that, nothing is really happening.

Then there's romance... I don't really care for it because I don't have that connection like I would for Gojo and Marin (My Dress-up Darling).

Lately, I've been feeling like I need to force myself to set things up and watch this anime. And let's be honest, you're not here for Shikimori-san, so even if I stop watching it, nobody's going to miss it.

I was hoping seeing Kamiya would stir my interest, but it hasn't.

I'll let it sit for another week or so to see how I feel about it.
