I’m not gonna excuse Cassie’s actions but a lot of people that watch season 2 tend to forget how they wrote and explained Cassie’s character. Unfortunately, with the absence of her father she tries to fill that void by having boyfriends back to back, that’s why when Maddy and Cassie was in the pool she told Cassie the reason she can’t stop being single is because she loves to be loved. So boiling down to Cassie has daddy issues but I didn’t want to put it that way because it would make it seem like a joke but this is a serious issue Cassie is dealing with and Nate does not make it easy by saying things to her and also saying things to Maddy but at the same time it’s up to Cassie to learn to say No to things. That’s why I feel like people should go a bit easier on Cassie this season.
