Hahaha Victor was so irritated my god I can’t stop laughing. About this coven merge thing give it a little time ul will know why they wana keep Kai alive and why they have to do this merge thing anyway. Damon was right here killing Kai was the best option but obviously Ric wants to listen to jo in matters like these Damon really does talk sense 😂 just wana say have a little faith in the story almost every thing happens for a reason and the show does a good job at coming back to it in some way or another. But I agree the enzo storyline is crap he really has no purpose in all these episodes I really liked him in S5 but here he’s just lost. Also the last scene of Stefan gifting Damon his car was so sweet I always love these Salvatore brother bonding moments. Finally Liz ☹️😢😢 watching Caroline break was heartbreaking 💔 For me personally I love this episode alot so many great moments.

First of all they actually had a reason to face Kai the opposite way were Damon couldn''t see him. Alaric did that so Damon couldn't kill him by throwing a rock or like you suggested last episode with throwing a stick or something. We saw Damon throing rocks at that stone behind which Kai was sitting and trying to reach him, but since Kai was on the other side he couldn't really harm him. So there actually was a reason for that. I don't care much about Luke or Liv dying either, but remember that you have to see the characters' decisions through the characters' eyes and they do care. I mean we even see the difference in Damon not caring about Luke and Live merging and seeing Kai as the bigger problem (which he definitely is and I always thought and still think Alaric should just have shot him there) vs. Jo for example who cares about her siblings and wants to try fighting Kai (even though that doesn't seem very promising right now), but who knows maybe it will all turn out good, guess we have to wait and see about that ;) The coven thing is fairly complecated. I don't know why the merge is the rule of the coven, but there is more to be explained about the merge thing and becoming the ruler of the coven I'd say. Also with the sadness about Liz and everything I feel like this is perfectly fitting the tvd christmas spirit. And even though Victor hated the episode, which is fine, I do absolutely love this episode, even though I have similar opinions to Victor about how I would have handled things. Besides that maybe trying to ignore Enzo for now, is the best option to keep calm XD I have to say I love Grace's looks when she knows Victor is about to rant because he is pissed off by something in the show XD

The episode is amazing not because you don’t like a storyline it means the episode is bad xD I’m so sad for Caroline and Bonnie, they always get the end of the stick 🙃😣 ahhhhhhh fucking Kai he ruined what would’ve been an amazing Delena night

Victor's reaction is so funny, I actually liked his rants. 😂 To be honest I'm not the biggest fan of TVD after season 4 but I like this one better than season 5. I like Kai as a character but yeah they definitely just needed to shoot him if they wanted to stop him. Lol. And the reason Ric likely faced him that way was to stop Damon from killing him. My mum sadly passed away a couple of months ago of cancer that metastasised to her brain so Liz's storyline definitely hits a bit close to home. I watched this season with another reactor last month so was at least expecting it this time. Lol. I kinda like the fact they included a very human storyline amongst all the supernatural stuff. Always feel for Bonnie in this season too, she deserves better.

Also, yeah wasn't a huge fan of Enzo this season. The whole jealousy thing seemed a waste of a good character and a bit pointless to be honest.
