Although this is my 2nd favorite season, this finale is definitely my favorite finale along with season 8....the damon elena moments,alaric's death, the parallel from the wickory bridge when elena's parents died....everything was done perfectly........cant wait for season 4, its my personal favorite season, and its really a beast of season....its got everything you could ever ask for from the show! Ps:- stefan and elena arguing in the water was the dumbest shit ive seen in any tv show period)

I was so sad when Elena did that to Damon and left him there to potentially die all alone. Other than that it was a perfect season finale.

Also I agree with victor...this season went like ➡️➡️➡️↩️↪️↩️➡️➡️➡️...😂 started off strong,ended strong...but the middle is definitely confusing for people who watch this season for the 1st time

I love the tvd season finales so much and this one is defintive a compatitor for my very favourite. I remember I cried so much during my first watch of this episode, especially because of Alaric dying, even though I already cried my eyes out in 3x20, when we said the goodbye to the 'normal' Alaric. I like this season a lot and the more I watch it the more I think it might be one of my favourite seasons. But the reason why I always say my favourite seasons are 2 and a season you haven't seen yet, is that I just don't like what they did to Alaric this season. I mean I don't dislike the story in itself, I just hate that it happened to one of my favourite characters... There is a ongoing discussion about if Stefan could have saved both or whatever, but besides that, I love the scene, the song and the parallel. Also Damon having his best friend dying in his arms, knowing that this also means Elena must be dead is just so incredibly heartbreaking. The thing with me watching Elena dying with vampire blood in her system in this episode is that even when I watched this for the first time I already knew, this would happen, because I read some stuff about the show before I started watching it (I never intended to watch it so I didn't care about spoilers) and then I ended up starting to watch it, when the fourth season was airing in germany, which means s4 was already over in the US. I didn't know spoilers about season 4 or most of later seasons, but I did know what happened to Elena in season 3. Lastly I see the idea in what Matt and Jeremy were trying to do, but Alaric found Damon, a vampire on the run, how did they think they 2 humans could keep Elena, another human, safe from a bunch of original vampires... outside a house in which just one of those vampires (the only one who really seems to care that she stays alive) can enter... Have a great day everyone. Bex PS: Yes the talk between Rebekah and Elijah about Klaus creating the bloodline, was supposed to be understood as a confirmation of what Klaus already told them.

Oh yeah the point I wanted to make, when I started rambling about already knowing what happens to Elena in this ep., was that I don't actually know what my thoughts would have been if I were in your position. I don't know if I would have liked the thought, but with already knowing about it, I was really excited for it. Oh and I just remembered something else. When I watched your reactions this season (and I did watch this season I couple of times before) I noticed for the first time how immensly the foreshadowing in 3x11 was. I mean first Stefan says he will turn Elena into a vampire by driving the car of Wickery Bridge and then at the end of the episode Elena and Matt are standing on the bridge giving her this 'funeral'... When I noticed it I was literally thinking "wtf". XD

Oh thank you gracing us with this and a couple more episodes ❤️ there are a lot more seasons left and really think you will enjoy. With every show there are gonna be some episodes through out that fill the show. It really gets better from here. So sad to show the brothers go through her death. She never wanted to be a vampire but unfortunately “life” happens and she is needed to embrace it. ❤️❤️

I just checked your youtube. You didn't finish season 2 there so I would guess you guys will be on Season 5 when they see this on youtube or am I wrong ? I always find your arguments about where you are on patron when the video is on youtube ! I love this season finale ! Bonnie made the Bodyjump for Klaus again like Klaus did with Ric and Esther did with Rebekah. Can't wait for the next season, I really like it ! It is confirmed that Klaus is the sire of our group of vampires with Elijah and Rebekah confirming it. They had a goodby episode for Ric.

You guys are amazing spoiling us with 3 episodes of TVD together love y’ll ❤ I just love this finale its soo well done. I love the Delena moments. Ric coming to tell goodbye to Jeremy was so sad. Specially Ric dying in Damon’s arms for Damon to realize he didn’t just loose elena but his best friend Ric died in his arms. Its just so sad feel terrible for Damon. Just before that elena chooses Stefan it’s a sad episode for Damon. Love the parallel of elena and matt underwater in the same bridge today to her parents and her when they died. Its just so sad and traumatic for her/anyone to go through this again it’s just terrible. So now we know Damon and Elena met first I loved their conversation. Bonnie saved everyone’s asses once again I loved how she said im done getting pushed around by all of you like yes girl you’re awesome. Onto season 4 its an amazing season it’s probably my 2nd fav season you guys will love it. Super excited!!

Don't forget Matt drowning to save Elena's life in 3x5. He drowned himself to see if he could speak to someone on the other side.
