Stefan really took this quite ahead this time around that too with Elena yes he indeed was the better villain and klaus did back down but force feeding her vampire blood and attempting to threatening to kill her/ turn her specially on the bridge whr her parents died with her in the car is so fucked up. Poor Elena it’s super difficult to come back from something like that specially with someone u once loved so much and she still does it’s just one of the most terrible things Stefan has done for me. I love Stefan alottt but I like Elena too and this was horrible. Klaus and Caroline though such a beautiful scene 😍😍😍 Also by the way the doctor Fell- Meredith was married to Paul Wesley (Stefan) if you guys didn’t know. It’s funny how in this episode Stefan was the impulsive one and Damon was acting calmly not impulsively which he usually does and infact Damon was trying to stop Stefan from acting impulsively and doing something stupid. Such a role reversal for the brothers. It’s interesting.

Klaus/Caroline explained: Okay so Klaus wasn't trying to make Caroline owe him. He was making LIZ owe him. At the Founder's Party Liz wasn't entirely onboard with give peace a chance so Klaus had Tyler bite Caroline. That way Liz would have to ask Klaus to save Caroline an Liz would owe Klaus. On top of that his insurance to make sure Liz "supports" him is that he is now invited in. Stefan has lost his damn mind. I know when I watched the first time I really wasn't sure if he was going to drive Elena off the bridge. Elena was terrified which means she thought Stefan would do it I feel so bad for Elena. When Damon drops Elena off and she says Stefan's method sucked. It really really did. Threatening to drive Elena off the bridge where her parents died would be like the most traumatizing thing ever.

To what you just said, I would add. Klaus is informed of everything and everybody, he know that is Caroline's birthday, he must have spy everybody since he was in Aaric body and he must have notice Caroline long before. So, the bite in my opinion was to get two thing in one strike, first the control over Liz as you said, but the second thing is he cleary fancy her, he open himself up and show her b vulnerability, he let her drink his blood from his arm directly while embracing her and brought her a very expencive bracelet, e choose a bracelet, to make Tyler bracelet looking cheap on purpose. Stefan oh Stefan, he trought out the window Elena's mobile phone, gave her his blood, and use her trauma to get revenge, and abandon her crying on the bridge...also to justify his crazy behaviour he is stating that he doesn't care becuase he lost everyting. What has he lost? Not Elena, she looked for him all summer, he could have her back anytime he wanted. Didn't loose Damon,even after this amon is still trying to patch up things,to mild the blow with Elena. None his friends display sign of not wanting him around anymore. So what he really lost? His good brother reputation, he fell off the pedistal he pretend to be from season one on, "the good brother lie" is exposed for everybody to see and his pride is wonded. That's all he lost, still nobody cares, nobody is blaming him for anything, but he had to push the drama making others feel sorry for him.

Yes it did! I boarded Ship Klaroline in 1st Class and never got off!!!! One of my favorite moments in series!
