No. Damon doesn't hate Stefan because Katherine turned him too. He's just telling Stefan that he hates him cause "it was just supposed to be me" in an an attempt to further absolve Stefan of his guilt. Damon KNEW it wasn't just him. Katherine told him she was turning Stefan too. On top of that,Damon clearly told him the whole eternity of misery thing because Stefan forced him to turn. Damon didn't even know Katherine was in the tomb when he told Stefan that.

Can't wait for the finale!Season 2 ep 7 to season 4 ep 23 is probably the best television experience I've ever had, even though there are other better shows,no show tops these 3 seasons of tvd... it's the peak vampire diaries
