For the new year, because people have been asking for it, I've enabled annual memberships at an 8% discount.

Please let me know your thoughts as a vote or comment below.

(EDIT: I tweaked this to 8% because Patreon belatedly explained this is a one-month discount.)

Even though I do trust you, I've been burned before by paying for a whole year in advance so I wouldn't do it :) But, out of curiousity, does that reduce the loss due to taxes and fees for you?

Honestly, it probably comes out to less money for me; probably reduced fees, (just one transaction) but the same taxes. I think the idea is that you end up with higher retention of patrons because they're already pledged and unlikely to stop, but I don't even know if that will really apply to my patrons who are already pretty loyal. Honestly, I mostly put it in because some people had been requesting it.
