Update - Jealous women arguing (Patreon)

tl;dr - I'm adding some fun new jealousy fights and I've got the game to say when it's loading new scenes.

More jealousy fights

This week I was feeling like I needed a bit of added creative inspiration, so I asked on Discord for some suggestions. Do come by there if you haven't already - there's special channels for patrons that you'll automatically have access to if you've got your Patreon account linked to your Discord and I often ask for feedback and show work in progress art on there.

Anyway, obviously I can't do everything suggested for all sorts of reasons, but they can be extremely helpful and the idea I liked this time came from Letwri, who suggested that there could be more interesting jealousy fights after the flashbacks and sex scenes are unlocked. The ladies won't start fights any more if they're back with Shuji, but they can still be involved with fights started by another woman, so it makes sense they might react differently if you've unlocked their sex scenes.

I'm not doing every single combination because that becomes a bit of an exponential growth problem, with so many possible pairings. Instead, I'm just doing one for each newly confident woman, and I've included images above for two of those scenes. I've already written and implemented two of them; Emi's and Nobuko's, but obviously Nobuko's won't unlock until her sex scene is in the game. I've also added new collector cards linked to both those scenes!

Rethinking the Nobuko sex scene

After going over the ideas I had this week I decided that the Nobuko sex scene I'd been planning would actually work better as just her daily sex interactions that you can do in the apartment. Instead I wanted a new location for her that made sense, so without spoilers for now (you'll probably get an image of that next week) I've got another idea to mix it up and that should also make it easier for me to implement her daily sex content, because now I've already got a bit of work done on it.

More Emi voice acting

Not much to say about this, but I got SilkyMilk to do some more lines for Emi this week, and she's generally very prompt so I've already received & edited them, and put them in the game, so they'll be in the next update!

NOW LOADING

I've figured out how to get the words "NOW LOADING" show up as a crude loading screen, rather than just getting a black screen that maybe makes you think the game has crashed on longer loads. It's not perfect, but in the long run maybe I can make something even better to fit in there as well.

I wouldn't expect any major changes to the UI or the basic code of the game unless support for the game really explodes for some reason, because I'd probably have to get someone in to help me with that and that would just be expensive, but I'll do what I can.
