Update - Emi lowers herself to be with Shuji. (Literally.) (Patreon)

tl;dr - The poll results are in: plot wins! And I've got a busy schedule because my holiday's coming up.

This update is a day early! Why? Basically because I also want to put out a public update soon and I don't want it to get buried. I'll be back on the normal schedule next week!

This week's image

We knew that a high-class woman like Emi was lowering herself to be with Shuji, but previously it wasn't quite such a literal descent.

This is actually a double-sized picture because it's one of the ones I've designed for panning shots. Here you'll start at the bottom, then slowly pan upward to see Emi's face. In fact, in the game you won't see the whole picture all at once, so I thought it might be interesting to show you the entire thing in one image.

The poll

This week I put out a poll asking where I should focus my attentions for the next update. I don't normally do that, (I should probably do it more often) but I thought it might be a good idea because I was genuinely wondering that myself this month.

Here's a snapshot of the results:

The big surprise for me here was that people most of all voted for story over sex! Now, I do feel for many reasons like I still need to focus quite a bit on finishing the Emi sex scene, but based on these results I'm also going to make sure to add more to the main story. I'm also quite happy that people are apparently interested in the story! Though I hope the results don't imply that Emi's not too popular, because I think I've got some great stuff coming in store for her.

I didn't really get any suggestions, so I'm going to assume those plans sound pretty good to people right now. Well, one person said they want more Nobuko, but she'll be coming in due time. ;)

My holiday is coming up

That sounds like a fun thing, but it means I've got to get the July update finished and uploaded by July 1st at the latest. Obviously I'm trying to cram in as much as I can right now, but I have to admit that whatever I've got done by that time is what's going to be in the update. I did plan to do a whole bunch of stuff, but we'll see, because I may or may not have enough time to accomplish it all.

When I'm on my break you'll still be getting some updates, which I've actually already scheduled! (Well, all except the new game release.)
