PAL 2.0 one week delay (Patreon)

Just to let everyone know, I've decided to push the free public release of PAL 2.0 back a week to early November because we're already getting late into the month and I don't like to release things too late before the monthly roll over.

I've been doing a lot of testing of the build and making a lot of changes, which then in turn need to be tested, so it's just taking quite a while to get it to a state where I'm confident it's going to be bug free, and I think it's best just to make sure it's as polished as possible before finally putting it out.

I still want to make sure I release it soon, though, because I'm also trying to get some kind of build of PAT done ASAP and I'm still planning to give patrons access to that in November. That date has not been pushed as of yet.
