Update - Kim & Fumi's drunken fun (Patreon)

I think this turned out pretty well. I was a little hesitant to show this one because I don't like to show you all the "payoff" pictures (I like to keep things mysterious and leave lots of fun in the game) but there's still a couple of follow-ups to this pic that have the girls with very wet mouths, and I also figure there's a Kim + Fumi ending for you to find. Plus, you all play my games entirely for the writing, right...? :)

Rio scene finished

I've wrapped up the Rio daily sex scene now, which is fantastic because it means I've actually finished all of the daily sex scenes. I think all these scenes are acceptable, but not amazing; basically because they're all a little restricted in how imaginative I could be with them. They all had to be scenes that wouldn't interfere with the gameplay, after all. AWFreyr was originally writing them and he did a good job with this very restrictive design brief, but I think he eventually ran out of puff with them, as did I. 

I initially thought it would be a good time saver to get somebody else in to write the expansion because I could just illustrate it and work in the meantime on getting PAT started. That turned out to not really be the time saver I hoped for and when I had to take over the writing anyway it wasn't like I was able to magically make the ideas finish-able quickly either, so it's been a while to get them done.

I do think they're a good feature of the game, though. By having them in the game they really enhance the basic fantasy of being in control of the mansion, plus they seem logical. Once you've had sex with Iku wouldn't she be open to fooling around in the kitchen the next day? In PAF I had a bit of a workaround for this by having all the women offended with Kenji afterward, but there's only so many times you can do that kind of thing without it just being a straight-up cheat. Anyway, the point is I'm glad they're in there, even if it took a long time to get them done.

Kim & Fumi ending finished

Also this week I finished writing the Kimiko + Fumi (& Hana) ending, which wound up at over 4600 words, which hopefully falls a little bit short of being too long and is in a nice sweet spot. I actually tried to keep it as quick as possible without it feeling rushed; there was just a lot I had to do in it. In some ways I feel like this path and ending actually took over as the main feature of this update, eclipsing the Rio scene even though the original schedule plan was for the Rio update to be the bulk of what I was adding.

Anyway, with both of these done I'm well on track to complete the PAL update in time, so I'm trying to finish off a couple more little things, including a test (which I haven't done for a while, because they take so long). The major new content updates, at least, should be ready. Now I have to get that other LMO ending done too...
