To Penny’s surprise, Cerulia has returned for another massage. Not common for Penny to receive repeat customers considering what she does…

Just like before, Cerulia finds herself strapped down, but with more restraints. (Gotta prevent injury from those flailing elbows…) Cerulia didn’t like that, doesn’t really have a say.

In fact once the “massage” started, she couldn’t say anything at all due to her hysteric laughter!
