She found herself on a peculiar website that sells some "special tools". All of them were just reversed engineered or altered tools meant for tickling, by "Manic McAnac". Being an inventor herself, Janine couldn't help but leave scoffing comments on how her inventions are so much better than anything this "McAnac" ever made. Suddenly Janine is replied instantly by the inventor herself, offering Janine a free demo of a few select inventions. Wagering that if her inventions are just as "shit" as Janine claims they are, she'd offer herself up as victim to Janine's inventions.

Thinking it was an easy win, Janine accepts the challenge. However she did not anticipate the ruthlessness of the rival inventor, Ruth McAnacol! She wasted no time displaying her technical prowess, immediately unleashing her mechanical restraints onto Janine, binding her up in a very vulnerable position.

Poor Janine is already regretting her comments, but Ruth does not want to hear it, nor see her face. She'll just listen to Janine's pleas and laughter as she tests out her first two inventions: the "Sh-Ruth", and the "Ruthbrush".

Whew! Finally glad to have gotten this commission done!
This commission was for my good friend, Pan-Dulce, and he asked for his character, Janine, to be tickled by mine, Ruth.

I made it a point to challenge myself with this, because I wanted to do a feet tickling pic for a while. But it's always so challenging. Anyways, I think I succeeded.

Ruth and Janine are both inventors in their respective fetishes. I kinda like the dynamic of these two, and probably might keep this rivalry!
