It was very relaxing thanks Glow ☺️ If I may leave one small point of critique: It kinda felt weird hearing ,,generalized anxiety relaxation“ that often 😅 Don’t know if that was just me, but hearing that again and again somehow threw me out of the process a couple times 😖
