A Small Update before a BIG Update (Patreon)

Hey everyone, just thought I'd post something to let you know how I'm doing. I want to try and make more update posts like this more often. I was recently able to get a new laptop last month which will be replacing my desktop as the main PC I work on. I had that desktop since 2012, so it was definitely time to get something with better performance. Just for an example, the latest Toon Clash, I rendered on this new laptop and it took around 10 minutes, where it would have taken around 1 hour or more on my desktop.

I also cleaned up my desk space a bit, as you can see from the photos I posted. I was going to try and use both my desktop and laptop together, but at the moment, it just makes more sense to use my laptop to clear up a lot of space and use the TV on my desk as a second monitor with it. I also bought a wireless keyboard and mouse to reduce any wire clutter and to use instead of the laptop's keyboard and trackpad, which I will probably only use when I'm traveling. I do need to get another desk at some point, but I can work with what limited space I have at the moment. I've had the desk for even longer than the desktop. I wanna say I've had it since about 2007, maybe?

Anyway, let's talk videos. So there will be a few more reviews this month, including Frozen 2 and Klaus, even though they came out last month. Then there will be one on Spies in Disguise after Christmas. I MIGHT do a video on the Top 7 Animated Movies of 2019, but I do have some other similar lists planned for next month, so I might scrap that idea, we'll see.

At the end of the year on the 31st, I plan on putting out a video updating you all about my plans for 2020. I'm going to talk about what I want to accomplish and what you can look forward to in the next year. I feel like this year, I let some of you down with my release schedule and to me, it's been one of my worst years as far as making content goes. I'm more excited about the future than I am sad about the past though, you'll see what I mean when I make that update video at the end of the year.
