They're both good, but if I had to pick one, I prefer the one on the left. I think I like the colouring better, and I definitely prefer the "realer" eyes.

The one on the left may be sketchier, and looks less refined, but honestly i like her better,

I much prefer the one on the right. Not just her eyes but the coloring and style. I also see you changed the ears too which is nice. I like how you designed her feet to resemble a pair of high heels which gave me an idea. I've realized that not many of your recent Doe pictures feature a full view of them standing which I think misses an opportunity to showcase that feet design and opportunities for some "sexy strut" kind of poses. Maybe you could try for a classic "Guy and girl hold each other. Guy and girl kiss each other. Girl lifts her leg" kind of pose.
