Spline IK Corrected (Patreon)

Got some reports of the spline IK not working as intended for Freya's FUTA model. So I just rebuilt it from the ground up and used some other tools to aid me on the way. Should be good now. Also I've packed the textures into the .blend file so you no longer have to download 2 items.

With that being said, I'm going to pause doing updates to Freya's model for now so I can actually get some work done on SIF.
