Here's a video explaining my current dilemma. I'm unsure if this project is worth finishing at this point. I've invested too many hours into it with insufficient planning, and working on it feels like rubbing my face on asphalt.

BACK TO THE BASICS

In an earlier post, I mentioned that I shouldn't worry about being too good at animation and should just release small projects as much as possible. That's what I'm going to turn my sights back on. I think I need to stick to basic loops for a while until I can do them quickly, and then gradually move on to more complex projects like this one.

Worth it? Definitely! please don't even think about abandoning this project. At this stage, it already looks great. I can't imagine what it will look like in the finished version :3

I think maybe for the Zarya part, maybe one way is to more focus on Junker Queen (like have a camera that just has Junker Queen in it), so it makes it easier to focus on one character, so you wouldn't have to worry about what Zarya is doing and then cut back to the two of them). I think a lot of times with trying to animate two characters at the same time both doing very interesting animations it can be very difficult. This is of course speaking from someone who has lightly dabbled in animation, but has also seen a lot of 3D animation.
