my wonderful darling friends, hello!!! i hope you're staying safe and having a lovely day <333 april is upon us!!! yikes!!! i hope you have a wonderful month as we move into spring!!! 

this post is rather long + has a lot of text, so please do feel free to simply skim-read the important information!!! but, if you do decide to have a little read through, i hope you enjoy, and i would love to hear you feedback!!! on top of simply posting art and goodies, i want to start making patreon posts that are more personal, containing stuff like recipes, behind the scenes, 'meet the artist' type things - i consider you all my best friends, so it would be lovely to get to know each other even better!!! <333 (there is absolutely zero pressure, but if you wanted to, feel free to answer the little questions marked with the '💌' emoji, i'd love to get to know you too!!!)

✸ april theme reveal !!!

with 193 votes, the winner is; kiki's bakery!!!

my ideas for this theme; in the movie 'kiki's delivery service', the young witch called kiki works in a bakery, with her familiar, jiji the black kitty!!! i wanted to make the theme clearly inspired by kiki's delivery service, but still vague enough that people who don't know the movie can still use the bundle!!! i was thinking of painting a bakery theme, with a black cat inspired by jiji  + include some icons and widgets that are items from the movie (kiki's radio, the fish pie, her broom, etc.), but also plenty of things that are simply bakery themed; cakes, bread, punnets of eggs, milk cartons, little trays of dough balls, old fashioned ovens  - so to people who like the movie, it is clearly kiki inspired, but to people who haven't seen it, it is simply a cosy kitty bakery!!! <333 

once i finish packing mail, i will be working hard on the artwork and design for this theme, and will release the wallpapers, icons, widgets, digital printables (colouring pages, calendars etc) & physical goodies (prints, stickers, sticker sheets, notepads & pin badges) as soon as they're ready!!!  in the mean time, i will be posting sketches and previews of all the art + asking for your opinions in the patreon only area in our discord server and on the patreon only instagram !!! <333

i included four pngs for you to print or use digitally, and i also added the .PSD and .procreate files, so you can open the raw artwork file in photoshop or procreate and customise it however you like; add your own text, change the colours, etc! if you need any help with that, i'm always here!!! <333

— 1st week of april ┆theme reveal, schedule update, printable calendars, april mini-newsletters, work on commissions, design stickers + badges + badge-backings, print and cut them out, print+stamp each backing, begin making 300+ handmade clay badges

— 2nd week of april ┆finish 300+ clay badges, secure clay+acyrlic+metal badges to the badge backings, pack all of your goodies, triple check that everything is correct + drop everything off at post office!!!

— 3rd week of april ┆work super hard on the 'kiki's bakery' artwork for the icon & wallpaper bundle, release the kiki bundle, work on procreate bundle + hopefully release, ask for your lovely ideas with a patron theme poll!!!

— 4th week of april ┆work on process videos + post process videos, work on colouring pages + post colouring pages, work on commissions, reveal may patreon theme + begin sketching, work on kiki physical goodies

— 5th week of april ┆work super hard on the may art for the icon & wallpaper bundle, finish packing all kiki physical goodies and prepare to send off + release may bundle on 1st of may!!!

this schedule is mostly a prediction of how things will go, so if things aren't released on the exact dates, that is why! - some tasks may take a little less, or a little more, time than anticipated, but hopefully this is a somewhat accurate schedule for what you can expect to see in the coming weeks !!! <333

i will also be hosting give aways soon !!! some giveaways will be custom digital art commissions, and other will be custom handmade clay charm comissions!!! keep an eye out for those - all patreons will be automatically entered into the give away <333
