ʚ hello everybunny; important updates !!! ɞ

my wonderful darling friends, hello!!!

there has been a lot of confusion over the whereabouts of the physical goodies, aka. 'oakfrogs snail mail' over the past few months, so i'm here to hopefully clear everything up, and give you all the good news!!! however, if i miss something and you still have questions, please do feel free to message me!!! <333

if you are a new patreon, or haven't heard of the oakfrogs snail mail before, i will quickly explain and introduce - each month, on top of the digital goods (like wallpapers, icons, printables etc) i also create physical goods; art prints, stickers, sticker sheets, notepads, pin badges + have more ideas for other types of cute physical goodies in the future!!! these goodies are sent out monthly to the lovely patrons in the following patreon tiers; forest bunny, strawbeary, bumbleebee, and froggy mage. if you would like to receive physical goodies in the future, there are still some slots open for these tiers <333 (and i promise, delays won't happen in the future, so you can join the snail mail tiers with confidence hehehehehe <333)

the oakfrogs snail mail is a monthly occurrence, however, for the past few months, there was been issues on my end with manufacturing + my health, meaning a few months of goodies were delayed!!!

to cut to the chase, i will quickly tell you the good news - finally, all of the snail mail is being shipped to me/ arriving with me, which means, if you are a patreon in the snail mail tiers, you will receive all of your delayed goodies in the month of march!!! i will be shipping your mail to you in late February, and will send you a personal dm via patreon to let you know your parcel is on the way to you!!!

ʚ prints, sticker sheets and notepads !!! ɞ

below, you can see all of the prints, sticker sheets and notepads I am currently making and packaging!!!

if an image says 'front' or 'back', then it is an A6 art print and both of the side-by-side images are, as you can guess,, the front of the print and the back!!! the images in pink boxes are the special items, either waterproof vinyl sticker sheets, or lovely notepads made out of high quality recycled paper with 50 full-colour pages!!! <333

the four images at the bottom are the February prints (plus, i will also likely create a February sticker sheet and notepad, but i didn't include that in the image below) - i don't have previews of the actual February artwork yet since i am still sketching and painting it, but once it is ready, i will post more previews!!! you will also be receiving february's goodies in this parcel!!! <333

ʚ stickers !!! ɞ

stickers !!! i feel like stickers are everyones favourite part (they're mine, at least!!!) <333 below, you can see some of the stickers you will be recieving !!!

important note; you will receive more stickers than those shown below !!! i accidentally missed some out when creating this image, plus there are also freebies to be added, AND all of the stickers based on the February theme, so when you look at the stickers below, remember that you will be receiving all of these, plus tonnes more (I will share previews of the missing ones when they get to me!!!) <333

all of the stickers are around 2.5" (~6.5cm) in diameter + waterproof, high quality vinyl, won't leave behind a mark if you need to remove them from a surface !!! i also made some of the stickers a little smaller, so they can be used in more places!!! the final ghost lovers sticker will be holographic!!! this is the first ever holographic sticker i've made, so fingers crossed it looks cute!!! <333

ʚ pinbadges !!! ɞ

below, you can see the previews of the pin badges !!! the badges on the bottom are examples of the handmade clay badges i will be making, but, the top badge, the 'no thoughts' kitty, is different from the rest!!! this kitty is the first ever acrylic charm badge i've manufactured !!! in the past, all my pins have been handmade, which gives a super cute look and i will continue to hand make pin badges in the future, but  i wanted to try something new with this badge!!! it will be the design below, inked onto glossy acrylic, and will look super cute and shiny (again, i will post photos once they arrive with me!!!) <333

ʚ new packaging !!! ɞ

this is mostly just something i'm super excited about and wanted to share! recently i splashed out on some very fancy packaging; pretty + fully recyclable glassine bags, super cute stickers to seal envelopes, custom packing tape, ribbons, custom tissue papers, etc!!! once it is with me, i will post pictures of it all!!! i don't know how you feel, but personally when i open a delivery that has really lovely packaging, it is almost as exciting as the goodies inside, and i wanted to give you all that experience!!! <333

ʚ what goodies will i receive? ɞ 

depending on your tier, you will receiving different amounts of goodies - but, i must mention, i'm going to be cramming tonnesss of freebies into everyones packages regardless of your tier <333

over the last week, i had some lovely patreons people message me, worried that they won't receive their goodies because they changed tiers; for example, if a patreon was in the bumblebee tier for October and November but then changed tiers down to the baby frog tier since then. I understand your concern fully, but I'm here to say, please don't worry!!! I can see your previous tiers, and will be adding everything up to ensure you get every single item you paid for, for each month, and also adding a tonneeeee of freebies to that!!!

originally i planned to add photos to this post of what each tier for each month will receive, but i realised i'd need to add 30 photos to this post to correctly show that!!! - it is also a little too confusing to type it all out in lists, so if you would are unsure which items you have paid for/ which items you will receive based on your tier, please do feel free to send me a message, something as simple as 'hi! what goodies will i get?' and i will reply with a full list of everything + the freebies you can expect to receive!!! <333

ʚ i wasn't a patreon, or wasn't in the correct tier to get an item i like - can i still get it? ɞ

i had a few people dm me once they saw posts in our discord server about these goodies - asking if they could receive old goodies even if they weren't a patreon at that time/ weren't in the right tier to receive the goodies!!! and yes, of course you can, i'm so glad you like something i made!!! if something catches your eye and you'd like one, please feel free to message me, and we can sort something out!!! <333

ʚ what will happen with snail mail in the future months? ɞ

in the future, from march 1st onwards, i will ensure backlogs of snail mail never, ever happen again !!! i had big issues with my manufacturers closing that slowed everything down so much + was very sick myself for a long while over the winter months, but i won't let these things get in the way in the future!!! <333

this month (i.e, sent out at the end of February/ beginning of march) you will be receiving this big big big parcel of all of the previous physical goodies that were missed out, and going forwards, you will then receive monthly parcels with the current months goodies inside!!! 

for example, once i send out this big bundle of missing snail mail to you, you should receive this at some point within march depending on your location!!! this will contain all missing goodies from October, November, December and Janurary, plus the current months goodies, February!!! In late March/ early April, i will send out a parcel with your March goodies inside, which you will receive some time in April, and then April goodies will be sent out towards the end of April and so on and so on... <333

honestly,  i would be confused too !!! the delays caused a huge backlog and have made everything very complicated and stressful, so if you still don't fully understand what is going on, i don't blame you one little bit! i've said it so many times in this post, but please do feel free to message/ email me absolutely any questions you have, and i will do all that i can to help explain and solve <333
