This egg is like a black hole where all of her doubts and insecurities about Lily - about _herself_ get sucked away and into a space where she can't really fully acknowledge them safely. I love how clearly Amy tells her that she's dissociating from "Dylan" and how unhealthy it is. And she's just like "nah, brah, it's cool"
