The founding titan is one of the 9 titans ymirs " spirit " split into you've already seen some of them already , colossal = Burt /Armin , armored = renier , female = Annie , beast = zeke , founder = frida/grisha/ eren plus another that hasn't been named yet .

Also no when they said 10s of millions of titans they were talking about the titans in the walls not the people inside because they don't not have that Many populous on the island.

As of right now or atleast until Season 3( i guess you already watched it and without spoilers for Season 4) here are the Lists of the 9 Titans: King Fritz/Reiss Family: -Founding/Coordinate Titan(which Eren has it now) The Owl: -Attack Titan(which again Eren has it now too) Marleys: - Colossus/Colossal Titan ( which Armin has it now) - Armored Titan (Reiner) - Female Titan (Annie) - Beast Titan (Zeke) - Jaw Titan (Ymir) - Cart Titan (??? allthough you should'nt have known the Titan Name, but it's ok i guess lol) - Last Titan (???) and a little Fact too, maybe for those who misunderstood it about Mikasa's Family... Her Father is an Ackermann and her mother is from the "Eastern/Asian Tribe" maybe you already know it, but many misunderstood that the Ackermann are from Asia/Eastern Tribe, but it's not true... :D Big Fan, can't wait to see the next episodes! *-*

No worries about the Jaw/Cart Titan. We had heard of them before, but had no clue on the context (we initially coined the term wagon bumpkin titan) As for “Jaw”, a Commentor said it was a fan given name when we were in season 2. We do our best to avoid spoilers and but sometimes minuscule things like that get unintentionally spoiled. In Real time we are up to 4x2 and also also thank you for the info!

The Fritz family is the Royal family. When they took people to Paradis island and erected the walls, they changed the family name to Reiss and propped up a fake Fritz line as a cover.

This reveal is so impressive. My mind was blown. To go from a show with so many missing pieces to answering so many questions in a single episode is amazing. The truth was above and beyond anything I could theorize. Everything just makes sense with little to no plot holes. Masterpiece.

So to clarify something: only the race known as the Subjects of Ymir (people descended from Ymir Fritz) can become Titans. The Subjects of Ymir made an empire called the Eldian Empire who ruled the world for a long stretch of time. Nowadays, Eldians live in internment zones after the king (the direct descendant of Ymir Fritz and the royal blood of Eldia) left with a large population of them to Paradis Island. So when people talk about the race they are talking about the Subjects of Ymir. When they discuss nationality they usually are talking about Eldians (who live in Marley but aren’t considered part of them), Marlyeans (who are not Eldian), or Paradisians (who are a type of Eldian).

Also to clarify why they don’t give Eren a sword or something, it’s said a few times that Paradis has a resource crisis especially since Wall Maria fell. They already are struggling to keep their soldiers well stocked. The amount of iron you would need to produce a 25 ft long sword is probably something they can’t afford and also they would need to move it around when Eren isn’t using it which limits their group mobility which is the only tactical advantage the Scouts have against Titans. Normally, I wouldn’t think about that but AoT is the kind of show that cares about logistics
