I began this page with a rough sketch of more action-related panels. While I was sketching, I added some rough speech bubbles and text because I had a really fun idea for what each character would say on this page.

To save time, I mostly reused poses I worked on before as a rough guide for how each pose would look. Then I would use 3D models for the top and bottom panels.

Later on, I began converting all the 3D backgrounds into line art, and then I fleshed out each pose. While working on each panel, I began to play around with the layout as I was drawing.

I tried to learn how to make shadows and light sources for this panel. I therefore came up with the following after perusing several guides on Twitter and YouTube: I added a Beta Flash component and positioned it where the circle is to greatly improve the appearance of the light.

Lastly, I added all the speech bubbles, sound effects, and coloured all the gems and weaponry. While colouring all the gems, I added some effects, coloyr gradients stock images, and some various brushes I downloaded from Gumroad.
