- These are the rough sketches for pages thirty-six and thirty-seven. What I wanted was the main hero to find his arm canon and then picking it up in a stylistic fashion. For page thirty-seven I decided to plan this as a short animation.

- Afterwards I got to work on detailing and outlining page thirty-six, over time I got to work on the backgrounds as well. Then I started planning all the key poses for page thirty-seven, while doing so I added some 3D backgrounds and objects to create a foreground and background.

- Later I got around to finishing off page thirty-six first so that I could focus on the animation later on. I added all the halftones, shading and coloured the weapon on the floor.

- This was the original key poses for this page. I wanted to play around with timing, just to see how many frames it would be for me to draw.

- After figuring out how the timeline works I got around to drawing over the 3D models with the main hero.

- I got to work on the weapon, I started by using a different 3D model and converting the model into a 2D drawing, then I added more frames to make it spin. Afterwards I figured out how to tween in Clip Studio Paint and used it to make the gun fly as it's being kicked.

- Later I decided to create some in-between frames for the main animation, this is what I came up with but ended up scrapping the bounce because over time I began to dislike it. So I figured out what I wanted over time.

- For colouring I made a new animation folder just so that I could add colour to it. I decided to change the layer colour to red so that I could colour each frame a lot quickly. While colouring I hid the background because it was distracting to look at while adding colour.

- This is what the outcome looks like without adding any textures or shading. I added a smear so that I could give the animation more movement on a single frame.

- I showed off my animation to some of my friends so that they can give me some ideas on how to make it look better than before, one of them suggested adding a Parallax to the backgrounds, I didn't know what that was at the time so I did some research and this was the outcome of it.

- Afterwards I wanted to see if I could add more frames to the add to the main animation. I wanted the main hero to relax after his arm is reattached, this sadly wasn't used because I wasn't happy with the outcome and I just stuck to what I finished off.

- Sometime later I began work on the speech balloon, I didn't want it to always be there while the animation was going so I came up with this. I started with using blank speech balloons and then tweened them to make it grow, the end result looks like this.

- Later I added the face with some lip movement, I thought it was too quick so I reused some of the frames to lengthen out the animation.

- This here is what I'm working with, multiple animation files and references for the main hero, the weapon and a lot of time. After completing the animation I began colouring the arm canon.

- Sometime later I added the background using 3D and converting it into line art. Afterwards I added all the shading for the main hero and tweened the LVL: 2 above his head.
