Game 8 - Working Progress - Page 4 + 5 (Patreon)

- These are the original sketches for pages four and five. What I originally wanted was after the main hero says "Hyper Light Drifter" the gun would explode and send the main villain flying backwords into the rubble. 

- While detailing page four I wanted to see what I could do to change for page five, after a while I figured that I needed to change the layout and poses to see what works and what doesn't. 

- For page five I ended up changing the layout to replicate a page that I worked on before, but this time it's the main villain being blown back instead. At the time both pages didn't have any sort of backdrop, so what I ended up doing was I copied all the assets, 3D background, objects from a page I worked on previously and pasted them all into the right panel on page five. 

- Afterwards I outlined both pages, gave all the panels a gradients, textures, tones and shading to bring each panel to life, added some sound effects and speech bubbles and finally reused the eye animation for page four.
