Hi! Two reasons why it doesn't work: 1 - texture space. Accessory texture spaces are tiny and would mean more pixelation and compression. 2 - mesh is 3D. If you are intending to use it under clothing items, it will poke through because it isn't a skin layer. I can make a skin layer version though if you want! That might be better to use as an accessory.
