My sleep schedule is never consistent, either sleeping early in the evening to early in the morning or late in the morning to late in the day. I don’t know why it changes so frequently, but maybe it’s bits of life influencing my habits? Getting sick definitely influences how and when I sleep lol. But I’m better now, just sleeping with this current schedule until it changes again. I hope all of you wonderful Messy Minds have a sleep schedule that makes you happy!!!

Got used to sleeping in the middle of the day for work but it sure do suck not being up when the sun is😔😴 Since finishing college is it weird having more time or have you found more to do? 🧐
