I don't feel the best, and I have been seeing so many things of people hating others. It makes me really sad to see how people can have so much hatred towards other humans who are just living their lives. Then I remember that I can still be kind, we can all still be kind, and that makes me feel a little better. Even if you can be kind to yourself, that's wonderful!!
