Along with feeling unwell (I’m just a mess lol), it’s also “that time of the month” for me (tmi?). All I want right now is ice cream, a puppy, and an actual nights sleep that leaves me feeling refreshed. I take care of myself, do the exercising and drinking water, but I guess my body just has it out for me. That’s a joke, I’m bad with jokes. I’m also just tired. I hope all of you wonderful Messy Minds are doing well!!! <3<3<3

I second the getting ice cream. Throw on puppy videos and rest messy! Some people like peanut butter, for sleep, apparently that helps a little due to w/e is inside it. Though being sick the biggest issue is probably just breathing and not much can help with that : (

Poor thing, it’ll be alright. Just try to relax when you can, drink plenty of water and eat some good food. It’s easy to forget but we do live in a world upon which the sun does rise, it’ll rise for you too
