Neat body art! Are they permanent, like tattoos or temporary body paint? And do they glow/fluoresce in the dark or certain light conditions?

Since Magicats have fur, regular tattoos don't work on them. Tattoo artists in halfmoon use a painting ink similar to henna, so their tattos are semi-permanent, they need to refresh them every now and then. And yes, they do use glow in the dark inks as well, in special rituals or festivities. Hestnut doesn't use that kind of ink though, because she needs to be stealthy...

Ok, I can already see Catra and Adora painting each other with glow in the dark ink and perhaps getting carried away, followed by the likely embarassing aftermath when others discover their 'handiwork'. 😅
