I hope you all are ready to relax and integrate more from your stretch in your Downward Dog.  As an onlooker, this seems so simple but the effect is profound. After you connect to the forces of fascia you'll feel the difference from before and after.

Is the background music too much??? I thought the original audio needed something to cancel out background noise, but now that it's on YouTube my voice sounds a lot clearer than it did in "production." 

I can delete the music without having to upload it again, so... I think I'll delete the background music but if you find it helpful, let me know!
