Ok, so this video has a unique intro to map out the routine. I do apologize for the crazy loud audio during this intro.

For the main practice, I did not record a voiceover... so pay attention to the intro :)

I WILL, however, make a voiceover for this routine if there is a demand for it. 

There are many nuanced actions for the arms and shoulders; as well as for the legs and hips.

Note: I prepared for this routine with an iso-stretch session on the aerial rig (a video is en route). If you haven't seen the first aerial stretch video I posted, check it out. This new video will be ready soon. The routine is the same... it's a good one!
