December is getting cozier and cozier... and I'm definitely wearing warmer yoga clothes right now than what is in this video! But here is a flashback from my cobra practice earlier this season. Oooo how much this movement helps in so many ways!! 

In Cobra Posture, you treat yourself to the following benefits:

--> Awaken, strengthen, and mobilize the upper back and shoulders.

--> Compressive massage for the belly.

--> Stabilize the pelvis, hips, and legs.

--> Align the feet!

To stretch after a cobra practice you can do reclined figure-four or sit up and stack your legs in fire log pose! Fire log pose makes the stretch especially cozy!
