My goal is to revive the blog with new resourceful content, so I am very excited to be starting on this beautiful August New Moon. I will be adding a voiceover of some kind to this video before it goes public, so this is first access (and not quite finished). I am so pleased with the way the music flows with the video!

Yoga on this New Moon

I am beginning this new moon cycle with a gentle yet deep, beginner friendly yoga session. I invite you to sit comfortably and reflect on your clearest intentions. My intentions are to express authenticity, move with power, and laugh as often as possible. In yoga, we create a rhythm of breath, motion, and intention. This draws us towards the higher self connection. It is as if this "higher self" was an inner horizon. Through the darkness of this new time, it can best be sensed with direction and feeling.

I recommend this yoga to help with relaxation, rejuvenation, and mind-body-heart connection.

Dedicate 10-15 minutes to this yoga session.

Areas of the body that will benefit:

  • Thoracic - upper back, shoulders, and chest
  • Lumbar - lower back and buttocks
  • Hips - flexors and extensors
  • Legs - knees, ankles, and feet
