Howdy Patrons,

This week's class is a progression from the Beginner-Friendly classes over the past 2 months. Not too worry, it's still Beginner Friendly! You will just have on option to progress with how you practice Tree Pose and Triangle. I've included a blooper for you to enjoy from my experience in the progress ;) (read further for more details).

Boring Behind the Scenes Update = Exciting Behind the Scenes Potential!

I'm working on a new intro for my videos.... with bells and crystals. This is the first version. I did not quite get the opacity/fade/dissolve the way I want... so next video will be improved. I'm also doing a ton of work on my new camera settings to get the subject (me), colors, and background all working best. Good ole Sony. Best potential but super technical way to get there!

So, yea. It's taking a while to figure out my settings on this Sony a7iii, but I'm keeping my focus and trusting the process :)

Bloopery-ness

You get a blooper at 12min30sec of me trying to exiting Triangle pose the way that feels most powerful for me.... that resulted in a kind of spring-board effect that sent me flying backwards off my mat. Good times! To be honest though, I had practiced the Triangle exercise at least 3 times that day, so I was a little tired...

Moving right along~ on the second side, I nail the exist, at approximately 14min45sec :)

For some reason, I think to talk about petting the sole of your foot as a new way of explaining the Virasana (Hero) foot position. I quickly realize the strangeness of the suggestion and opt for an impromptu foot massage. It was a worthwhile addition!

Melt your knuckles into the sole of you Hero seat with me at 22min (foot one) and 24min (foot 2).

Enjoy the video, and let me know if you have questions!
