Hello Patrons!

This video is a little later than planned... I just couldn't get it right! I finally dialed the routine down to an acceptable "beginner friendly" session, but the first few takes were ridiculously difficult. What was I thinking?!  Well, I got some challenge sessions out of it... and I will gladly make a challenge video for you too!

First things first, though... Here is session two!

We start out focusing on the feet, in Pada One and Pada Two.

I've posted an 8min intro here which includes the first exercise of Pada One and Two. You will want to have 2 sturdy yoga blocks or a bench/stool/chair to follow along (but if you don't have that right now, you will still learn a lot about the position of your feet and depth of your hips by watching the demo!

For the full length video, hop on over to my patrons-only page:

Pada Position for Warrior One and Warrior Two

  • Tiger Pose
  • Ardha Malasana (Half Squat)
  • Triangle Extensions
  • Triangle Rotations
  • Wide Angle Fold
  • Wide Angle Clasp (headstand preparation)
  • Side Angle Extension
  • Wide Angle Rotation
  • Tiger Pose Prowl
  • Malasana (Full Squat)

P.S. I'm really happy with this routine, but I apologize if the colors/lighting of the video look a bit off in this video!

P.P.S. I've had requests for a bedtime yoga routine + more fun "yogini's habitat" videos so will be working on adding those to the mix.
