This video will show you how to develop your core and upper body strength in Down Dog. It’s a lot of time on your hands so be mindful to rest and make modifications if you feel pain in your hands, wrists, neck, shoulders, or lower back.
I do massage therapy and I discovered that the more yoga I do, the better I feel while working - especially poses like plank and downdog.
