I’m working on advancing the strength of my backbend in this posture using a chair for support. What do you think? Want to give it a try with me? It’s pretty tough to maintain a flow of breath and keep core integraction but that’s the indicator that you’re doing the rights actions and moving in the right direction. Important to have that as a focal point when you start to look so far up up up and back back back!
