Blue Spirit Yoga Flow with Courtney (Patreon)

This month I’m making on a voiceover for this Yoga Flow in Costa Rica.

• The video is a ten minute rhythmic routine consisting of introductory moves for healthy joint mobility and postural integration. 
• The location is a Balinese inspired studio with views of the Pacific and endless sky.
• The time of the practice is winter.
• The temperature is warm.
