So as you can see I modified the entry into Eagle, coming from a Garudasana base (legs crossed with deep toe stretch) and then found my way into the power of standing balance. It was an amazing release for the peroneals of my outer calf (winding leg) and quads (standing leg). Give it a try. Like I said at the beginning of this...it starts with a deep TOE stretch. All ten of them!
